Aaref rodriguez

Chief Creative Officer + Head of Production

Writer, director, and producer who has contributed his technical and creative expertise to more than 1,000 film and video projects. He holds an MFA in Film Production from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts and an MA in Theater from Cal State LA. His love of film began early – growing up in a movie theater where his parents owned a gift shop – and by the age of 20, he had produced his first globally released feature.

kristin cox-rodriguez

Head of Development

Writer and producer with roots in the audience insights and testing side of content development and marketing. She holds a BA in Public Relations and Film from USC. Her love of movies began in childhood with marathons of black-and-white classics.
